holy nice air plane. should go with a 1/3 scale cub next lol but it might make your super cub feel small. cant wait for video from this one.

Well I almost got my P-51 done so I will need another BIG project. This one is definatley BIG. A 97" wing span and about 23-24lbs is BIG to me....lol

WOW. can't wait too see pictures of it, ill have oneof those someday, My only problem is I gotta teach myself to fly :-( I wonder if I can make the jump from SC to that /ponders.

Well if it's any bit of a boost.......I taught myself to fly about 10 months ago... ;D
Once you go 4 channel they all fly the same....esp if sim is in your hand a lot.

Well I am finally getting around to starting this build up. I still need to buy 8 servos for it. Roughly the servos are 115.00 a piece OUCH! So I am trying to get a deal from a guy online on a set of 8 at a better price. I am hoping for 80-85 a piece and no more....holy crap...$1000 for servo's otherwise. I am also thinking of putting my sullivan sky writer in it as well. I have the pump, tank and lines...just lacked a plane big enough in the past....fixed! I also decided to keep the GT80 and use it in this plane for a few flights and put it on the MONSTER super cub I plan to buy next 12 foot ws. I plan to get a hold of a DA-100 for this after a few successful flights with the 80. I really want to go to IMAC competitions and 2 pals are planning on the same. EXTREME 3D is my goal and this plane is the ticket to that. Kevin |

ailerons, rudder, elevator. Thats all. (I'm new to this...) I'm trying to imagine how 8 servos are required for throttle, ailerons, rudder and elevator. I can image how 5, maybe 6 of them are used, but not 8. Please explain. |
