Just added this great little heli to the hangar. Never thought I would be flying on 2.4 but I had no choice. ;D It does come RTF with a DX4e, but I decided to go for the BNF and DX6i Just had a hover in the garden and she is sweet. Any members out there got one?

Good decision on the flight sim or you could go for a coaxial, which are very stable. @gagallagher. You will like it. I cannot believe how stable it is. Flybar less is amazing.

Hi John. Thanks for the B/day wishes. At least someone remembered. LMAO ;D As for pressies, they are a thing of the past. Fantastic value on the HK 450. . I started off in rc with a Trex 450 and it cost me a fortune. Its unbelievable what you can get today for the low prices.

More than welcome!
Never as cheap as appears though as it was $30 shipping, plus motor, esc, gyro, servos and pinion gear.....Still not bad though, about $70.00 all in which against the MIGHT of our Great British Pound is about £45.00 at the moment!

Oooh, corrected your statement too! ;D Oh and back to the subject, don't own one Paul, it's what I've had my eye on for a garden heli. Good to hear it flys as well as the online reviews.

Well if you do get one you will not be disappointed. I have been giving this plenty of stick time just because it is so easy to take it out in the garden. Ive had so many crashes because I'm getting into flipping it, but I have only had to replace one feathering shaft a couple of head links and a tail boom, unfortunately the heli came out of a tree minus its rear end. ;D I'm going down the park tomorrow and try going inverted and staying inverted. Hopefully I will get some footage.

Hi Paul, about 7 weeks ago I bought the Blade 120SR. I've had so much fun with that little bird and my eye has been on the MCPX ever since. I have watched a few videos and cant believe how maneuverable it is. It looks like your haveing a blast with it. Last month I visited a hobby shop in Detroit while there on buisness and they had a flight sim set up for customers. I tried for over 30 minutes to keep a heli inverted but just could not master the maneuver. I could get it inverted but just could not hold it. I can fly my Blade SR with no problem. I take it with me on my buisness trips and you can usually find me in the Hotel conference room late at night flying!!!! ;D Its obviously an orentation problem while inverted!!! I wish you luck and look foward to the videos. John PS. Do you still fly your Fun Cub?
