May I suggest removing all or some of the stickers from the camera?
That just might lighten the load sufficient to take off.

I tried mounting an e-bay stick camera (50 grammes) in a similar place as this, it made for very different and awkward flying due to raising the COG. I don't know how much that camera weighs but I'd hazard a guess at the best part of a kilo if not more. This will be hideous to fly and is likely to flip over as soon as it's airborne. If you're lucky the double sided tape will give up before you get it off the ground and the camera doesn't break the tail off as it's jettisoned.
Best of luck!

Use some more double sided sticky tape , and Rubber band another SC wing to the top of the camera to reduce the wing loading on the plane ;D

I have a couple of suggestions if you want to see that thing airborne...attach a couple of rockets as per that guy in the other thread, or drop it off the top of a tall building. You may just be able to control it a little bit before it makes a hole in the sidewalk below.

Ah ok I didn't realise you were jesting. I've been on here long enough to have seen suggestions that are equally barmy being proposed as sensible options, hence my response.

I use to fly 450-sized helis and thought... hmmm... What if I mount a rotor to carry the camera. Then decided it was too much work. hahhaha
