YES! That's right, I made the switch to Spektrum. I'm actually happy about this because of 2 facts: - Spektrum receivers have become affordable thanks to OrangeRx brand DSM2 and
- I can now program at the field and use expo rates!
The fact that it's Spektrum brand and popular and reliable is not much to me since I loved EVERYTHING about the HobbyKing T6a radio except that it couldn't do the two items on the list above. It was getting annoying to have to use a laptop to tweak a model at the field. I had also held out because I couldn't afford $50 receivers for each of my models (now going on 3). I was actually going to buy a used DX7 but after using my friends' and realizing I don't need the extra functionality, I decided on a new DX6i. That changed when I came across a good deal from a fellow RCG member. Got a used one in excellent condition for a fair price. I'm happy ;D   |

I've yet to try the HK Rx's I got a while back (these are the bare ones, not in the orange case), but I've now got a new MPX Fox (The colour is Wine, not PINK!) to RC, one will go in that baby. |

Steve Webb's site also has it but no picture, listed as pink! I'll have to correct the man. He also has the rather fetching Minty Green limited edition. What a show off! ;D |
