Is there a fault with the Search facility at the top of the page on this board, or is it me? Nothing I search for produces any result. Even when I try something obvious, like "wheels" or "wings", I still get a nil result.

Cheers Paul, and while you're at it, how about enquiring to Hobbyzone about some corporate sponsorship here? I think it's long overdue.

Yes dosen't work for me either, but for a long time I found that if you use the google search at the bottom of every forum page and check the Supercubclub box (circle), that works fine n dandy!
Im guessing its the same thing Dills talkin bout.

Thanks for pointing us to that Google workaround.
However, SCC, it would still be useful for Proboards to sort out the problem with the Search button above - no point in having it otherwise, plus many newcomers won't know about the Google facility.

Still waiting for a response. I have now put the question on the Proboards help forum. I will report back as soon as I hear any news.

OK. Here is a reply from one of the Proboard Admins.
''Hi,
This is a known issue with forums that have a high amount of posts. This will be corrected in our upcoming version of the software. With that said, however, we've been able to upgrade several other forums to a beta of the new search system we're implementing, I can see if we can have your forum upgraded to this beta search system if you would like?''

Regarding the sponsorship thing, instead of everyone asking paul to secure somesort of deal, why don't we all email Hobbyzone individually? Gimme a coupla days, I'll write something out, then we all copy and paste into email, and send. Same message, lots of different people. How does that sound?
