[Are you changing the number of days at the bottom from 7 to say 1000 Yep, I did that every time. For example, I have just searched 'wheels' and changed days to 100. I didn't change any other search parameters, so it should have searched the entire site for 100 days. Here's the result: "We could not find any posts that matched your search." Can't believe that "wheels" hasn't appeared in past 100 days! ;D

I have just done the same and your post came up on its own. ;D
I then put in 1000 and 10 posts came up. If I had of changed how many results I would of probably got more.

Definitely something wrong with Proboard's search, Paul. You shouldn't have to search 1,000 days!
If you do the Google search at the bottom for "wheels", you get masses of results.

I do not see the problem. The google search is probably finding every post made with ''wheels'' from when this forum started. Which is more than a thousand days.

Sorry, obviously didn't make myself clear. My point is that yes, the Google search facility is excellent and does indeed produce plenty of results. But newcomers in particular will naturally go for the Search button at the TOP of the page, only to get a Nil result - not realising that they can use the Google. Sooooooo ...... to avoid disappointment for searchers, Proboards should rectify the fault in their Search system. ( That having been said, it seems to be working better today on some (not all) searches I have tried. Perhaps they have tweaked something.)Thanks for all you're doing.

They maybe newcomers to the Super cub , but probably not new to how a forum search works. It is a little odd that you have to change numbers, but that's how proboards works. At least its coming up with results now.
