Hi Andy - it's now 2300 hours, and no word from you for 12 hours! I hope this is not a bad sign? Did the flight go OK?

Like you, two of us took advantage of the sudden drop in wind speed in southern England this afternoon. Put up our planes for the first time in days, flew happily for a couple of hours.

Fingers crossed that you will have something positive to report. These early flights are the most traumatic.

Came across this for lights, thought it is kinda neat as it plugs into your receiver for power! Green, White, Red, and Blue for colors.

I just got some red and green LED strips off of ebay.

I've just plugged them in and I'm REALLY impressed! Lovely colour, really bright, and lightweight.

Holy cow that's bright!!! I've thought about putting a couple LEDs on mine. Just not sure about hooking them up.

Not sure if these may work or not, but I have just ordered my Cub and it hasn't come in yet for me to check these out. I found them at the One Shop, which is the bargain bin area at Targets. They cost $3 bucks. I only have a pic of the empty package on them, but I can always take photos if someone needed them. Like say, I don't know just how they may work out, but at $3 bucks I am sure I can find some use for them. They look as if they can be trimmed down, too.
