I can't help but think that the chain link fence and the blocks in the car park you fly from must give you some twitchy moments when you are taking off and landing.
Are they like trees, effectively plane magents?

yes, in the beginning they were a little bothersome, and yes occasionally my plane will find the parking blocks, but I'm used to it now. There are not too many places to fly in southern california that are wide open and have a decent landing area. The only time I don't have to worry about running into anything is when I go to the desert and fly

im allways flying in the desert..i have tumbled over a few tumbleweeds tho...
