I am using a eflight mico servo. I know its small...But like you said... I am a test pilot and I will update you on the performance. Jon Hmm, this suggests that you are not using the stock SC RX/ESC. If this is the case I'm struggling to see why you are restricted to only 3 channels. Am I missing something?

but hey the pz p-51d is a 3ch with no rudder i suspect that flys alright why shouldnt this? i got the sc lp but more power then the older sc im thinking about doing this too now just need the free time to get stuff put togather that and xmas is around the corner lol have fun people Yeah, but the P-51 is supposed to be the hardest PZ airframe to fly, and it has virtually no dihedral. Fly has mentioned this factor earlier. So going without rudder on an SC and you need to flatten the wing to make the ailerons viable. This removes a lot of the easy flying capabilities that is inherent in a stock SC.

This is mostly an academic discussion for those considering this mod as the original poster seems to no longer have this plane - assuming it's the same plane:
[Don't let your friends fly your aircraft. Super fast upgraded cub from 200 feet up full throttle strait to the earth equals totally destruction. It bent my prop shaft from the stock t28 motor.... Oh well. I think I am going to be retiring my super cub. Off to try out wood chip planes. What can you do!!!]

im thinking on this since i got no time to fly right now due to work and the wind. but what im tryin to say is if that plane can do it why cant this one i know its going to be harder with stock electronics and only 3 channels at that. why not just convert to low wing while your at it (just day dreaming )
but hey if any one got pics of this mod please post thanks

Tight tape would do it. Bend the rudder to one side a bit and run tape along that side (front to back). Then bend the rudder the other way a bit to stretch the tape you've just put down, and put tape on the remaining side. When you're done you will have two tight pieces of tape on each side, one stopping the rudder from moving left and the other stopping the rudder from moving right.
