Check this thing out. And the price! It is a nice looking option for those looking to get in cheap yet in pretty good as far as tech goes. You can graph the data on and watch the charge on the pc if you want. Check it out. www.nitroplanes.com/thac6smbalic.htmlWhat do you's think? Kevin I just noticed it comes with many plugs for different apps. Also come with a ac adapter so it runs off both ac and dc current. What a nice looking unit!

Impressive! That's a heck of a lot of charger for that money. Although must say something doesn't smell right, or on the other hand maybe it is just a buster of a deal.
Has tons of features. Plug into the wall 110, 220 or nearly whatever you got! DC as well.
If the product stands the test of time, balances nicely then it is a winner for sure. If I was in the market I may look further into this one.
You ever order from these guys Kevin...? Wayne

I think you should get one and put it through some serious testing. Then let us know if it gets the "mrmugen seal of approval" - that's what I think.

I bought a P-51 from them. That was years ago and It is now assembled and ready for an engine. It is of good quality. The hardware kit sucked but most do anyway. I never use the provided hanrware anyway.
Ellis....if you and 10 others donate 5 bucks a piece to the cause I will do it....lol. I will run it through the wringer and pay it forward to the next guy. We could all test the crap out of it for say 3 weeks each and write a review. For 5 bucks it seems petty....then do a raffle for it in the end? Maybe not a raffle but a drawing or something for the guy's who donated? Not sure if anyone remembers the pay it forward thing I did with the 3 cell lipo and charge. I passed it around to several different people to try in their cubs and they sent it to the next guy etc. I ended up getting it back good as new and used it for many flights since then. It got everyone a feel for the product (lipo) before making a leap of faith. That was a while ago and I think 5 people got to try lipo's before commiting. All of which ended up going lipo after sending it to the next guy. All I remember is that I send it to Todd first....and been good friends with him since. (swampfox)
Just a thought. Nothing in it for me.

They seem close. I didnt see A123 on the charger I linked to. I may have overlooked it though as I was interested in the pc interface part. I like messing with data and graphing weird stuff. How do you like the pc part of it? Have you explored all it's options yet?
Curious, Kevin

Curious, Kevin Teehee, I've not tried it to be honest as I do the charging in my workshop which is a fair way from my home PC. I also tend to leave my works laptop at work but do occasionally bring it home at weekends. I guess I'll use that when I get round to it
