First post here! After lurking around here for some time I finally went out and got a supercub. After many hours of flying (and crashing!) I decided to make use of the cavernous rear fuselage......... www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmvW3OXOBdoFlight footage to come this weekend.

Very nice job! I like the split door. Got any pics of the inside? Welcome to the SCC! Kevin

Very cool! How do you control it? Can you get a pic of the servo?
I also noticed your strobe leds. Where did you get them?

Very cool, but just what do you plan to drop out of the bomb bay? Also, how does a payload added that far behind the COG affect the performance of the Super Cub?

Thanks for the welcome I plan on dropping larger parachutes than the x-port module can cope with. Also have a pipe inside that dispenses talc when the doors open. Sound stupid?, well the powder looks like smoke when flying which will be perfect for my "dogfighting movies".
The CoG isn't a problem as I've had a flycam stuck to the underside that far back and it poses no probs at all, bearing in mind that my cub has t-28 rx, brushless and esc.
Will get some pics up soon.

Oh, and the strobes come from here: www.tjtrc.com/Liglow.htmBrilliant idea, the strobes stop flashing when your lipo gets down to a certain voltage so you can maximize flying time without battery damage.
