Looks like a great place to fly. A nice day and no golfers ? Also noticed everyone driving on the wrong side of the road. Jim

Paint job not that good had some bad info on what to use. Nice video. Got a little close to the lake there upon landing. Did the bikers that you buzzed say anything about the plane? So what kind of paint did you use, and why did it not turn out so good? I've been using Testors Flat Black spray paint on the bottoms of my wings and tail sections (to provide increased visibility and orientation). On my last paint job, I also sprayed 3 light coats of water-based polyurethane on all of the foam surfaces of the plane. The polyurethane really gave it a nice glossy finish, and adds some protection against abrasion.

thanks all never flown there before so gave it a go. always have the flycam on so next time ill do better. Lots of green stuff in the UK mararra, shame about the rain we get with it. kids on the bikes stopped and had a look after i landed, said there in to those small pico helicopters but would love to try the cub, (not mine your not). ;D i used a polystyreine primer, and then plasti-cote super on top, as per shops instructions, aparently i should have used the super primer! so it hasent bonded ill look up you suggestions clipper see if there in UK. oh well back to drawing book. weight of paint didnt seem to affect it. happy days.
