Well, i'll admit, it isn't the prettiest. I only spent about 3 minutes on the paint job... but lets get started...
with the lights on, I took some lights off, and changed the tail lights to all orange, since i first put the lights on.
it's still scary to fly though...
my first and only cowl, cut open for cooling, and prop rubber banded on like always.
same ol LED keychain lights
4 orange LEDs in back, resistors on each LED.
fishing line and a nail makes an easy strut holder
glob of hot glue so the cheap hooks don't snap.
deans connector, always open battery compartment, and lots of tape, you can also see my aluminum landing gear.
a bunch of rubber bands that go through the fuse hold the lipo against some velcro, so easy to put in! and to take it out, I just pull on that little tab of clear tape on the lipo!!!
LED on/off switch, and deans accessory port. both powered by single 3.6v rechargeable 123A battery

hacked bare bones Rite-aid camcorder with longass wire for that deans accessory port
i'm really happy with it. I'll post some videos once I make one worth posting...
I use the same lipos for my cub on my radio, just splice in a deans connector before the battery box, and come out that accessory hole thing, you can still use AAs if you want, and theres my para-cord neck strap
and my sweet charging station... (note the hot glue globs on the charging connectors so you don't beak them, or hurt your fingers)
