This is my friend Mike's plane. We both learned to fly at the same time and have both had tons of fun with the mighty cub. This motor is a no name off ebay(lots of power). Park 450 size I guess. Electrifly 35 amp speed control, Hitec servos, DX7 radio gear and 1800 and 2100 mah lipos. We fly together as often as work and time permits.

The piece of material you see between modified gearbox and motor on my plane and my friend Mikes is a piece of .062" fiberglass circuitboard with copper "dots" throughout. Really strong stuff and a great perk of the shop I work in plus CNC routers. If you study these pics you will see I did not use CNC for mounts though. Dremel works fine for this simple job.
