hello all. im new to all this so please bare with me. i have the standard 7 cell battery with my, as yet to fly virgin cub, and would like to put in an upgrade, like an 8 cell. please can someone suggest one and can it be charged on the charger supplied? or can i use the charger from the parkzone p51d mustang to charge an 8 cell? yes i made a mistake and bought the p51 first and smashed it up Ps... if anyone from the UK can suggest a good online shop, that would be great.

I forgot to mention. As for the charger , personally i would inquire about getting a decent charger that will work with a 12v feed and 240v mains supply.

can i use the charger from the parkzone p51d mustang to charge an 8 cell? Hi garvey76 I just read the info on the Hobbyzone site and that charger is good for 5-10 cell nimh. So you will be good for the 8 cell. I think they advise to charge at 1.4a for the 9 cell, so maybe turn the dial down to 1.2
