ok where do i begin,i got my cub alittle while ago and have not really flow it yet just doing some test inside and last night i brought it out on the road to do some taxiing, so when i came in i charged my battery ,or so i thought it was on charge for over 2 hrs and it was still cold so i took if off and installed it the plane too see if it was discharged enof to charge it and it was to the point where it cuts off so its on charge again ,and going on 1 hr and its still cold !!!! so is the battery toast ? and is there anyway i can get the battery back too life ,i discharged it when it was new and it was the 3rd time it was charged!!! and the other battery i have ,(by the way there stock ) i think the it has a lose conection on the battery side of the plug ,man if some one can help me would be great

ohh yeah and the other battery i got theres a lose connection inside where it conectes too the battery because it only works when i push down on the wireswith my thumb well looks like i got two duds,i wonder will iget a refund because thats not right!!!!

will i cut the shrink wrap on the battery with the lose conection and sure enof the little tab on the positive wire is not conected too the cell ,so where do i go from here ?is there away i can attach it back to the cell? i tried sodering it but it don.t want to stick ill post a pic latter any help please!!!!

I had the same problem with one of my stock batteries. Unsolder the tab and resolder the wire directly to the battery. Use steel wool or sandpaper to scratch the battery post clean first so the solder will stick. Use a hot iron and don't leave it on longer than necessary so you don't heat the whole battery up.
Afterwards I rewrapped my battery with duct tape.
I bought a battery from cheapbatterypacks.com - an IB1400 pack that works great and cheaper too!

If getting a battery from cheapbatterypacks I would use the Elite 1500 cells they are cheaper than the IB1400 and hold more juice.

yeah i ordered two 1000 mah 9.6 from the link in the ebay batteries tread, two of them for $38 sh included to canada which is a good price considering the lhs wants $30 for a the same one
