It's nothing too special, just put it together with some really reasonably priced gear from ebay, goes pretty good too. The next brushless one I'll do will be with the quality gear, but this one was more of a trial and error learning process.

That looks cool.
What are you using for the wing struts? They don't look like the stock ones.

it is 16 AWG automotive primary wire that i have soldered ring terminals to the ends, and used white heatshrink at the base, it's worked very well for me so far.
