hello everyone

This is a re introduction to the site,blimey its gone megga technical since i was here last,anyway ,i live in aylesbury england.i have been avoiding the earth with various rc foamy creations.sometimes with succses.been flying about 12 yrs,i owe it all to the mighty supercub,istill fly one with floats,and lights from a dead flybeam.when i can get the brain cell working i shall post a picture.i have everything from the cub to ultra micros,easy sky yak12,umx beast on floats,umx p47,umx yak54,plus chris foss acrowoot ,wot4,wots wot.plus a flybeam beaver island wings,bit battered wings would like to part company with the fuse,so she just gets flown with no wind,very scale.then my collection of dynams,fw190,hurricane,cessna c188,tiger moth,sonic 185 glider.st models acrobat good cheap plane ,and a hobbyking arcus,and my all time favourite the pkz se5a why did they stop making it lovely flyer anyway that is allfor now c mann

Have been very ill. but recovering myself...have not been able to fly and barely able to post...But good to know you checked back in after awhile....your collection is as large as mine...hopefully, will be able to get back at it in the near future, I sure have missed flying and missed posting and finishing the 2nd Super Cub I started on . And yeah the SE5a is one special plane for sure.....I have one as well...love it.

i have a question ,how to you get from flying officer to hroup captain ,is it down to your amount of posts.or do you have to have had 100 prov able sucsessful landings ,i think i shall be a flying officer for the foreseable all the best supercub 1

Number of posts...of course any landing where the plane is not destroyed is a successful one....lol

 i might just about have a chance then ,mind you yesterday when i was flying ,a dog walker allowed her pooch to cock its leg up the side of my flight bag,so i had to look across and shout at the dog ,before  it released its personal water ,and the very next second a cessna appeared over the tree line way too low,i had to drop my height pronto,and the cessy,powered up iwas about 200ft max.got the yak down ,thrn started to feel rough again judt to much excitement i suppose. supercub1

Why i fly in a private field...not everyone has that luxury and i never know how long I will either.
