Tree! Tree's everywhere. I thought ours was tight with the powerlines just south of our runway. Nope, not anymore.

LOL....yeah I can get above them some, but I like to stay within the general area of the field as well so it is basically one big Turn. ground is rough as well...have done damage to Landing gear....front a few days ago came loose and today lost the tail wheel..just folded over.

Blimey Mr ghost you are some pilot and have my respect. I've read your tales for a year or two and the tightness of your private airfield but I didn't realise how tight. :-)

Thanks Sailor and good to hear from you...Hope the kayaking has been doing well ? It is tight, and it is fun as well. Some planes like the Yak-12 is easier to fly there as they are so slow and easy flyers ( like the video shows ) I finally got to maiden the Parkzone SE5a today as well...does very nice in that small location. Has a lot of power and can also float so smooth and easy...and landing is a breeze...it glides in so good. I have been flying the Archer. It is faster and needs more space, i fly it pretty high and it takes the entire mowed area to land it but i love how it flies.Landings with it have been bouncy. But after warming up with it, the rest seem a lot smoother and easier to fly, and land. Hope you get back into flying some...even if it is a micro size....in the yard, the joy never goes away.
