Great jb. How do you keep your thumbs warm? ;-) It was easy yesterday only minus 5 c with little or no wind! I have seen a bag affair for putting your hands and transmitter in on cold days. Might look into one for next year, we seem to have more calm days in the winter than any other time of year. I was thinking of using a hair dryer plugged into the outlet in my car, I could hang it around my neck, pointing it at my hands. Might work. LOL

An old fashion girls muff may do okay, since most have openings on both sides. You would likely have to find one for a lady though, as the girl size may be too small for TX to fit into. If your handy with a sewing machine, simply cutting down an old fur coat and folding it over and then adding a neck strap could work even better. A balaclavia, normally for your head, may work as a diy cover for your tx.
