I found this Dremel rotary tool attachement for $15.00 at my local WalMart store. Although a Dremel attachment, it fits nicely onto my RTX Black and Decker rotary tool, as well. If I pick up my Catalina plane, I plan to cut out a circle in the wheelwell area in order to glue in a Dobro tire that is cut in half. It is then glued into that area and makes the plane look like it actually has working wheels stored in that area. Much more realistic than the supplied decals of wheels for that area. The depth of cut is easily adjusted on this tool and although you can cut away foam with a rotary sanding bit, this attachement makes it all more steady if you have shaky hands as I do. Not so sure what areas you may find it useful on a SC, but one never knows and many folk have additional planes in their hangars, so it may be of help in some other situation. One can never have enough tools to tinker with on diy projects, huh? :-)
