A cracked cowl can just be taped if it isn't affecting the motor or prop..
As for the wing, without a picture its impossible to tell - but white gorilla glue is what most folks seem to use to fill or stick foam.
Luckily, I have no experience of plane repair as yet.

Anytime you have a cracked cowl, you really need to inspect the damage to ensure no support was actually lost. The motor mount and the angle of the tip of the motor shaft needs to be carefully looked at, as just a quick look may overlook something really important. There are various ways to repair the wing trim, but probably the addition of reinforced packing tape can work along the edges. Photos posted here can be of help for a better diagnosis. I see that Gorilla tape now has a clear packing tape, but I have not heard anyone positing here mention if they have swapped out to this brand or not. YOu may be able to use some Gorilla Glue at the divits or holes at the wings and then sand the area down after it has dried. Not certain that it would effectively fill in any small divits or not. Good luck with your fix. Me, I have had some cowl cracks that were easy repairs, but also had one or two where the cowl itself needed full replacement to ensure there was adequate support in that area. The most important thing in my opinion is to do a really thorough inspection in the cowl area after such a crash. While I had my old firewall off for repair and replacement, I found I could reverse those support bolts so any future need to remove the cowl plastic was easier to do. I also added some support rods to the cowl foam to help with any future mishaps/crashes in making that area a bit stronger.

It pays to check carefully sclover as you now know. As for the cowl which are like egg shells they are so cheap I bought 3. Damage is inevitable though.
