Here she is, she flies better than she looks - she is a stocker except for the wheels..
But the weather has been so good, I thought a few snaps were in order
I've been flying in a confined space around the houses, and having a blast!

A few thoughts, Sham: 1. Clearly, there is a woman in your life - otherwise, no bloke would think of protecting the table by putting mats under the wheels! 2. I like the way darkness falls as your pix progress. Looks as if you need navigation lights. 3. You've got guts / skill, flying over houses etc. Hope you have insurance against hitting people / cars etc. Appears to be in UK - BMFA membership includes extensive insurance cover. Happy flying.

For sure you need to have Insurance. One mishap and someone will sue you.
Not sure where you are, but in America people are sue happy for sure.
Worse case would be crashing on a building and losing your plane, and of course having an accident hurting someone with it.
And I see you are like allot of folks, you fly so far out from yourself ( that is what the pics seem to indicate, especially that dark one with buildings and cars 13th one from the top ) that is even worse in case of a mishap
maybe it only appears to be far ?

I don't have specific insurance for it, it hadn't dawned on me.. I'll look into it and fly in more isolated places until sorted, cheers. As for distance, I don't think the plane was ever more than 100m away from me on those shots - I was on the grass visible in some pictures.. And yes, the woman in my life also left my daughters bib on the table in the shot of the plane

Sham, if you are indeed in the UK, this is where you will get tailor-made insurance for flying: bmfa.org/The BMFA is our national representative body for model aircraft flyers. You can join as a club member or an individual ("country member"). Member benefits include insurance and an excellent colour magazine each month. While insurance is (in my opinion) essential, to protect you against third-party claims, the BMFA says most claims are from insured members themselves for severed or damaged fingers! Funny perhaps, but losing your fingers to a murderous prop could have a disastrous affect on employment. Hope this is useful. (If nothing else, you can see some great models on the BMFA website!)

I was looking at the website earlier.. £32 for country membership, so I shall get that sorted.
Seems like a bargain for peace of mind when near others.

but losing your fingers to a murderous prop could have a disastrous affect on employment. Worse than that, you'd have to choose between either throttle stick or rudder/elevator stick. Nice pics though and having fun.
