secure.hobbyzone.com/HBZ8100.htmlIt appears a new Cub will be coming out sometime. ACT will be gone, thankfully. I believe the new SAFE technology actually works but I have no personal experience with it.

Reading the hobbyzone blurb ( and reading between the lines...) SAFE seems to be AS3X - which is basically a gyro....so, it's a supercub with a gyro....bet it costs a fortune! The phrase' money for old rope' springs to mind!

It appears that Cub will have the same set up sort of like their Glasair Sportsman -->http://secure.hobbyzone.com/HBZ7600.html I bought this Super Cub from Hobby King -- hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__42985__Super_Cub_EPO_Brushless_2_4ghz_Mode_2_RTF_.htmlI have yet to put it together. I am going to install lights and I am going to install a Gyro I got from Nitro planes to see if it will handle wind a little easier. The small Carbon Cub has the AS3X technology in it, and it is smaller. Seems to do pretty good in some wind according to some forums. It was a debate where some were having servo issues with that plane. One a few took offense to. I heard that Glasair Sportsman was a decent plane. Just to large for my area. Seems "SAFE" is the New "ACT"..just hope unlike "ACT" .....the first act will not be having to Unhook it SAFE-ly.
