Cross posting is kind of a standard prohibition in these kinds of forums. How would you like it if someone like you (tending toward long winded rambling posts) posted the same question in 4 threads in this forum? People do that. Then they get antsy if no one answers in an hour. They they ask somewhere else if the don't like the answer. It ain't a crime, it is occasionally a nuisance. You generally don't get kicked out for doing it once, you get warned. Did you give the moderator some attitude? They are ALL volunteers and don't have much time for that. Spammers alone are enough of a problem. FWIW I think a more pervasive problem is people not willing to do even the tiniest bit of work and asking the same basic questions over and over and over and over and over and over.......(what is the best......name product?...preferably really really cheap....). But it seems to be universal in all the forums. Sometimes you see 3-4 in a row all on the same page at the same time. Do they think they are going to get a different or better answer by asking yet one more time? It said edit the post and before I could delete them or edit them my account was suspended....and issue is no way to even appeal or delete or edit in fact can't do nothing I just wanted to post in the different venues to get some opinions. I am long winded...strange a thing I use not to be at all....but anyway...If I have a question or desire to learn about a product, I like to see posts concerning it, not 200 pages of everything but. It happens so often it is posted countless times by many people asking what the original post was ? I read allot, but...reading through some of the forums is a nightmare. I wish I could have contacted a Moderator...seems I am cut off completely for several days and have no way of doing anything...needless to say, a forum I will probably stop asking questions in and if i can find out how will delete that account. My issue is understanding what I read. I read allot about batteries for instance and one time it makes sense the next it is like a foreign language ...it is not the posters fault, that fault lies within my own mind. Health issues have affected my memory somewhat. So retaining information at times is very hard.So I ask questions repeatedly . One reason I read so much, just trying to keep my mind working, and trying to retain what I read.

As a vegetarian I'm not too interested in how to fry crispier chicken but should I take up tennis what shoes would you recommend? Oh and My preference in under pants is blue. lol :-D Sailor...you got it..exactly how those forums end up. Now what was the original post about again ? Guess I will spend more time on the SIM and Tinkering with my planes, I have a few yet to put together and spend less time on forums.

Hg, sorry, I'm a bit late on this, But, yes, I do know how you feel about some of the other forums...It's all bollocks...a coax is a great way to get started, and gives a rough Idea of how the aircraft flies ( they can produce some bad habits, but once onto single blade helis, you can work them out...I did!) Anyway, important stuff....Eflite blade MSR, SR120, Msrx...all cheap helis, all micros, all (relatively) easy to fly, and, Thanks to ebay, all quite cheap. All use DSM recievers ( Use the DX6/7/8/9.. whichever you have). I used to fly the MSR, I'm now flying the MCPX. Brand new BNF was £75.00. Got 4 lipos for £12.00...that's $144.00, total. You could get an MSR for as little as $39.00 ( plus shipping on top) www.ebay.com/itm/E-Flite-Blade-mSR-/331103153784?pt=Radio_Control_Vehicles&hash=item4d17492e78 Most still on here have gone beyond the SC, and want to try different stuff...why not? That's what the whole hobby is about! I've had Planes, boats, cars, helis and even a 1/6th scale tank! I'm on helis again, due to the crappy weather and lack of time....come summer I'll be back stick twiddling again. At the end of the day, do what makes you happy!

Toff...I have a couple small Blade Micro heli's...wanted a larger one for outside..bought a Syma S33 looks great flies easy..just not in wind -at all. Just wanted a heli to fly in my yard when i can't fly my planes. I bought this one www.hobbypeople.net/index.php/electric-rc-helicopters-1-heli/electric-helis/coaxial-helis/hpheli-x-2-rtf-350-size-dual-rotor-outdoor-helicopter.htmlfrom all who have them and the video's this one flies in wind pretty good...and is one that I can learn on and step up and stay with the same Heli. Some who have been flying it says it is extremely fast and climbs really quick....one has to be careful. So far they claim this on is the co-axle that can fly in wind without any Mods...so far so good. But winter here....extreme cold and snow...so no flying for a few months yet. Being Happy...that's it.

I'd personally say that it looks like a nifty piece of kit! Definitely a backyard/ park flyer, and, it looks like fun! On certain forums...ahum..rcgroups..cough..all you hear is...'it's not a proper heli!'...who the flip cares! Hope you enjoy it!
