I received a dx9 for Christmas. My first digital radio. Just purchased a super cub. Did a bunch of mods. Can someone tell me how to program the radio for the cub. Thanks Bcub I do not own a Dx9 , I would think it is the same as all Spektrum radios here is a link to a you tube video for binding to a Dx5, it may be the same I am not sure But the info should be in the Owners Manual that came with your radio/super cub Here is a link www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIBMGkxt9l0I know when I tried to bind a Spektrum Transmitter to some Spektrum receivers it took several tries to get it to bind But i am not sure if the Dx9 will bind to the Super Cub directly with what is installed in the Cub from the factory already, one may have to change out the receiver I am just not sure But here is an overview of the Dx9 on a you tube video, I did not watch it , but it may give you some info to try www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uz-Sz4zH6kMaybe that will help let us know

Thanks hghost. I was able to bind it easily. What I was looking for was what to set the rates and expo at. Thanks, bcub I'm sure you've sorted this by now, but the advice I received for my dx6i was to leave all rates set at default for the beginner. The only change I've made is to program the throttle cut button to work and for the flaps controls to work the xport. I've found the controls to be progressive and fairly forgiving, but.. Since I'm an absolute beginner, I have set the throws of the control surfaces at min by using the outer holes on the rudder and elevator horns. Hope you've been enjoying the cub.
