If you see one of his posts, click on his profile name in the left-hand column. Then, once on his profile page, all the way to the right is a settings wheel with a pull-down option to block his posts.
You will know he has posted, but only because there is a space where the post would be that says "This post is blocked"

Thanks for the tip, jk. I've just done it, blocked everything and now will have the satisfaction of not having to see their posts contaminating our board. Presumably we'll have to repeat the exercise for every new name they come up with.

Presumably we'll have to repeat the exercise for every new name they come up with. Thank you. Yes, I'm afraid persistence will be required. I've sent several PM's to them (never read most likely), starting with polite requests to desist, stern warnings that they were alienating their own customer base, finally followed but less courteous observations about their character and methods. None had any impact that I could tell. I'm afraid we may have to send a MARMITE 'bomb', though I have no idea how it could possibly clear Homeland Security inspection.

I used their contact form on the site, politely asking them to stop. Next 100 I send won't be so nice, but at least they will have to read each one!

Anyone have the skills to 'carpet bomb' their contact form?
