I guess I just have not seen much as to anyone flying in a gentle rain or morning mist. I assume you fellows across the pond are more commonly blessed with such, but in my part of Texas, rain is a scarce commodity these days. I am not talking about gully washers or a big quick downpour, but just maybe a mild pass over of some mist. Anyone fly in such or does everyone put their cub to rest when such weather springs up. Part of the reason I ask, is that one of my cameras is not really water proof, but is somewhat water resistant. I hope to shoot some good video with some experimentation as I gain some experience with my SC. I know the SC is not really water proof itself, but just wondering how many have flown like this at least for a bit. Also, I am not addressing lightening flashing about in a storm condition, but just a mild and gentle rain. Thanks

HAhahahahaha....oh lordy....Come to these united kingdoms, and, in all honesty, if I have the time, the wind is 'mild' ( not bending the trees), and the rain is only a shower ( continuous rain that doesn't form a puddle after 5 minutes), then I'm out flying. At the present moment, we have the most changeable weather in the world. Monday - sunny 7.30 am rain 10.00 am - sunny but windy 10.30 am - heavy rain - 12.30 till 3.00 pm - sunny, no wind 3.00 pm until 6.20 - 6.20- 9.00pm dry, gale force winds - 9.00 pm 3 am - no wind, dry - 3.00 am- 7.00 am torrential rain - etc, etc.....
