I am brand new to this site, but I didn't see a specific area for mount modifications for different cameras. What I did see what mixed in with other photos or information. Sorry if I overlooked such if it does exist, but I enjoy playing about with various cameras and making up diy camera mounts. I am ordering my Super Cub tomorrow and I already have some ideas to play about with. Until I actually get the plane though, it is a bit difficult to say firmly that any of my mounts would specifically work well for this plane application. I have some keycain cameras, a couple of GoPro cameras and the Mobius camera that may all work with different mounts in place. I am sure that others probably have a lot of ideas, too about the best placement of a camera on the plane, what effect a mount may have on weight or balance and what to do in elimination of the vibration or even the jello effect in video. Here is just one link (if it loads) to my flickr set that is dealing pretty much with the Mobius I have and what I hope to do in mounting it to a Super Cub when I get one. I am a beginner RC pilot, with very limited prior experience. The Super Cub I will order will also have the pontoons on it, so it may have some different characteristics than the stock Super Cub. This is just an idea for a suggestion.

* Not all the photos have to do with mounting to an airplane, but those related to the Hang and Hook item that I bought at Targets are. I took that thing apart and I am determined to convert it to a workable diy camera mount for my Mobius and keychain cameras and Super Cub plane. Look at the blue and white Hang and Hook photos in this set to see what I mean. Also, I add more photos all the time to this set, so check back if your interested in seeing such.
