Was flown into the ground today. Using max throws and full throttle I coaxed this high wing to perform. Flew like a sport plane with full aerobatics minus 3D. In a pull up from a full throttle dive she wing failed at the root. No lectures please, I was doing this intentionally to find her limits on performance.

Shame to see your lovely creation damaged! That wretched tail section again - a notoriously weak part of the aircraft. Always worth beefing it up before flying. I carefully push in two carbon rods from the tail end, one each side. Also wrap some packing tape around this narrow section. You seem to have come off lightly if that's the only damage. Out with the glue!

Have to ask WHY? Would you do the same with your car to find it's limits?

My car? A BMW M Coupe. Absolutely would and absolutely have !!!!! I think I will try and stuff a Turnigy 32 Easy Match inside. Already repaired airframe, just mulling an engine upgrade. Carbon fiber rods and bbq skewers inserted where needed. www.youtube.com/watch?v=MaQ2B2SJvko
