Are we prevented from driving/purchasing cars just because some lunatics/fanatics pack them with explosives and leave them/drive them somewhere to maim and kill people? No.

Are we prevented from buying everyday chemicals just because some lunatics/fanatics combine them in order to make bombs/explosive devices? No.

Are we prevented from buying nails/screws/metalwork just because some lunatics/fanatics pack them into bombs to maximise the terrible damage caused to human tissue when they explode? No.

Are we prevented from buying batteries/cable just because some lunatics/fanatics use them in the creation of detonators? No.

Are we prevented from buying/using mobile 'phones/laptops just because some lunatics/fanatics use them to set off the devices they have created? No.
