That is very attractive. Congratulations.
What paint did you use?

Ignore my last.
I have just seen on your other thread that the paint is Rustoleum.
(Confusion arose because two similar threads were posted . . . )

Sorry about that. New on this forum and sorry about the giant pics. Will reduce any further photos to the proper size.

dc, No worries my friend, we all make mistakes, even old CH. BTW I have just noticed that the control horns on your rudder and elevator are opposite to that of "stock". You have the elevator horn on the port side and the rudder horn on the starboard side. Not that it makes any darn difference as far as I know as long as the particular servo is correctly connected to the receiver as I am sure it is.(someone shoot me down if I am wrong!). I expect it was a result of removing items for painting? Jolly good looking aircraft, well done on some splendid paintwork. The aileron mod looks neatly done. I hope it stays as good looking as it is now! Happy flying.

Crazy Horse, just curious? You ride? I had the privilege of riding horseback in the DR on my honeymoon. I was lucky to have a spirited animal and not a trail nag. It was exhilarating. The slash of salt spray mixed with another fast horse and rider beside me at full run was incredible. I lost by a nose only because my fellow rider was a 115 lb woman. Anyway, back to planes. My beater has a count of nearly 8 broken firewalls and now refuses to obey me. I taped out the dihedral to nil but have a gull bow on one side. My question is it possible to rip away enough forward fuze to negate the torque adjustment angle? Shawn

The control horns... I just messed up. works the same. I am right handed and still get the up right left thing confused. i've worked on many Navy planes and still enjoy observing brilliant lefties get baffled!

Since I am enjoying a nice adult beverage I'll reply again. The 8x4 prop recommended on ecalc was very weak. I tossed on a 10x7 and had much better performance. Screw the heat. It's no 10k BMW engine!!

dc No, I don't ride, too old for that now unless it would be a trail nag! What is the DR please? I Googled it but all I get is doctor!

My mistake. DR is lazy for Dominican Republic. Nice place.

Third flight today. Flies quite nicely. Had to add quite a bit of weight to balance her but with the Park 480 she's quite fast and verticals are as expected. I wish my vision was better because Chloe as I call her wants to enter sub orbit. FPV?
