Experienced Pilot! DS6-Standard Receiver Winds Calm Range Check-Good! Takeoff-Full Control- Climbed Great- Right Turn fantastic- Downwind-About 50 Yards away-No control over airplane! Went into a steep dive! Complete loss of Elevator. Second time I have lost a plane, out off 30 flights, first one it landed in a field, minimal damage!!! Any advise guys? ? Going to rebuild tomorrow! Something crazy in the area, causing me to loose signals? Rudder, engine and Elevator worked when walking to crash site! I was only 200' highX50' away!

Well, it's real simple; you have a TX or an RX or an ESC or a connection problem..... Interference is possible but I'd put it on the bottom of that pile until other issues are checked out. Incidents like that are difficult since so many things can cause exactly the same symptoms. It's no help when things seem to be fine after the crash. I don't' have Spektrum myself so I'm fishing. Isn't there a light for binding? Once bound doesn't it stay on? If it loses connection doesn't it blink or something? If so, did you check that at the crash site? Note-I assume you mean you have a DX6i TX? Thre is no DS6.
