I had a crash with my sc and the only damage was a bent tail stab. I took it off and straightend it but when i atached it back on the fuse it had some play in it. It seems the two plastic guide pins that fit into the fuse have widened the holes on impact. Please advise if my fuse is scrap or if their is an easy fix? thanks

Hi Jason. It is definitely not scrap. There is a thread somewhere on this involving using the ends of biro's which helped others out in this situation. I haven't had time to look for it, but have a search yourself and I am sure you will find it. Unless of course another member might be good enough to point the way. BTW, really check that stabiliser out, it might need repair or reinforcement before taking to the air again.

Jason, I found it for you, hope this helps. In tips and tricks (scroll down from home page) go to "Repair Unwanted Rudder/Elevator Movement" thread. Page 10 I believe. Good luck. ;D

Thanks Spin, How do you do that? I can build you a house but things like that take me a while to work out! It's not too hard. Whenever you find a page on the internet you want to share, copy the address (it usually begins with http://...) and copy the whole thing...it's at the top of the page. Next, go to the message box of the current thread that you want to post the link to(like right here). Paste the address in the message box. You can post a link to any page on the internet this way. That is, you could post a direct link to a particular battery available at... say...Hobby King elsewhere on the 'net like this: www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=15019(WOW! 2200ma for only ten bucks!)
