Hi Renard80, Tried looking at this, copy/paste but to no avail. Probably me but I am sure someone will advise either way. However, if you like aviation art, (who doesn't?) Google robert taylor aviation art. He is a master and probably the best in the business IMHO.

Some of his paintings are included above. Did you know his son Richard also does great aviation paintings? A credit to his dad! Google Richard Taylor aviation art - well worth a few moments of anyone's time.

That's a very evocative Coulson, hounddog. Lovely work, but a pity he spoiled it by writing Cranston Fine Arts across the canvas . . . ;D
Two other excellent aviation artists for people to check out are Dan Zoernig and Heinz Krebs.

Sorry about that, didn't realise. Thanks for pointing it out. This YouTube video might make amends. It's not the collection mentioned in my original post but still some fine artwork. All Royal Air Force this time, although other collections are also available on YouTube and elsewhere. www.youtube.com/watch?v=adRvmnAceKI

Ah, the Battle of Britain......take that you Fokker! I love the Spitfires! Reminds me of the Polish Group Captain who flew with the RAF during the war (hundreds of exiled Poles did, with distinction). Invited to a girls' school to speak of his experiences, he began (in a thick Polish accent), "Young ladies, my most memorable time was when I am over France in my Spitfire and suddenly I am seeing these three fockers coming straight towards me. Well, I dive under the fockers and put a few rounds into the first focker's belly . . . " Seeing her girls exchanging horrified glances, the teacher quickly stood and said, "Girls, I'm sure the Group Captain won't mind me explaining that 'focker' was a common abbreviation for the Focke Wulf 190, an extremely fast and deadly German fighter aircraft. Isn't that so, Group Captain?" He looked puzzled. "Yes, that's true. But dese three fockers were all Messerschmitts . . . "

These are all superb paintings and aircraft, thank you for posting renard80,but the one that stands out from all the rest, for looks, style, resilience, ease of flying and repair, availabilty of spare parts, upgrade and modifications and pure enjoyment is ......the RC Super Cub. Don't we all love her?
