At least when I crash now I will know it's me that caused it and not a control malfunction, although when explaining why I need a new wing and fuse to the missus it may have been better if the controls had malfunctioned cos I will not live it down for a good while.
"It was the tree...I SWEAR! Thing just jumped out in front of me!!!" I said unsuccessfully to my wife...
I am going to keep investing in electronics that are going to minimize the transmitters shortcomings for now. I have a "decent" radio in my eyes after all I have read, been told, and whined about....I just need to make sure my electronics play nice with it on a daily basis. When I hit 40, in about 7 years or so, I might invest in a "top of the line", for now.....meh....I will make it work. Just stinks I have to find out after the fact...which is considerably better than "after the crash" I guess.
On your model I thought it was napalm, I used to build/work with munitions in the Air Force years ago and they sort of looked like the canisters, however, 2.75 inch rockets back then might have been fired off a rail system like modern AIM9 or AGM65 missiles. Nowadays the A-10 Warthog using a 2.75 rocket launcher tube. Ah, the good old days....
I have plenty of time to practice figuring out electric systems since it is, no joke, -50F right now....time to break the blade mcx2 out and fly around the house and torment the Heelers!!! ;D
I might as well buy the F4, providing top cover for your rescue missions is the LEAST I can do!!!
