Finished my radio and ESC upgrade and wanted to share my new specs. My goal was to just switch the radio and ESC and keep the brushed set-up. Picked up the Turnigy 20A from Hobbyking for $4.95. So far so good. Heat does not seem to be an issue. Had it static on the bench with 3/4 throttle for 6mins and it was barely warm to the touch. The 30A version is $7.95 and seems to be a great option if staying with the stock motor. I set this up PNP just in case I needed to put the stock receiver back in for some reason. Really please how this turned out. Total cost with the 9ch Flysky radio, $80.00
