I'm sure you have cursed how easy the trim tabs slide on the stock radio. Everytime I picked it up or moved my hand over the radio I was moving them.
A quick easy fix is use a thin strip of sticky velcro (use the fuzzy side of the velcro). Take the back off the radio, remove the 4 screws from the front that hold the right stick to the front panel. Mount the thin strip of fuzzy velcro along the side of the slot on the front panel where the trim buttons come through.
Put everything back together. The fuzzy velcro rubs against the trim button and puts enough resistance on the them that they hold in place better.
