Canadian Northern Cub Lover, Hi Everyone

Hi Everyone,

I have been lurking in this site for years and love it so much that I decided to get a membership. I just recently completed my first Super Cub project.

I have flown the stock Super Cub LP for 3 years. What an exellent trainer!
I read on this site back then that if you were new to flying to use Clear Packing Tape to reinforce the fuse and wing. After loosing count of my crashes after a good dozen, I am happy to report that the packing tape held my SC together to this day.

As for my SC project, I'm very happy with the way it turned out. All details can be seen here:

Hi Everyone,

I just got back from a one week float fly adventure in Northern Ontario. What a blast!!
My Project Super Cub flew amazingly, I'm in love with it even more now.

I wish to thank you all for your many tips and advice regarding this Timeless Beautiful Model.
