I know this question has been asked , but can't seem to find the solution(extremly uncommon). Where is the best setting for the control horn on the elevators?Should they be closer to the fuse or in the last hole of the control horn ?

This depends on your skill level. The farther they are away from the fuse, the less the control surface will move. Its basically a lever. If you move it to the inner hole, then the control surface will move a lot more when you move your sticks. This is also referred to as adjusting the amount of "throw" or travel distance of the control surface. I recommend starting with it in the middle hole... as you get better, and want to be more aerobatic, move it to the holes closer to the fuselage... you'll discover that your plane is more "snappy" when you move your sticks. Hope this helps.
