Whilst posting regarding bits for my DX6i, I also fired off an email to HH regarding the bits that needed replacing. I now have to buy a switch, and that's it, as HH have sent everything else (Trims, antenna and roller), free of charge! THANK YOU HORIZON!!!! Best customer service ever! ; ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

That IS amazing! Of course if they built it right the trim and roller shouldn't have broken. It's my Horizon annoyance factor - they KNOW there's a problem. Instead of fixing it they just replace the ones that fail....IF you contact them. Kind of an odd business model, but I'm not the one running the business. What do I know?

Fly, yes I know....It's not fit for purpose, breaks, etc. But, despite all that, freebie replacement and fast delivery FOC. The TX ain't very good, but the customer service is fantastic!
