I'm making myself a set of ski's for the cub. I'll keep updating on how they turn out.
Phase one:
As you can see the ski's are made from aluminium, which my Dad got for me from work (he works for Arriva, in the depot so there is quite a bit of scrap around), he put in a 45 degree angle for me two and a half inches from the front (I had said rough dimensions 3x7, but it's turned out 10 1/2 x 3, so they're plenty big enough).
Next I plan to round off the front and possibly taper the back to a point. I'm still a bit unsure on how I'll mount them on the cub, but I've a few ideas brewing.
