I've been using the StayPro DVR with lots of success. It was $50, w/ free shipping. It only weighs 45 grams. I attach it to the front belly via velcro, between the batt compartment and the engine cowling, since there is a slight angle forward. It's a gum stick style body, which does have some drawback with where the lense is, (i.e. faces downward instead of forward). There are some slight wavy lines, which I attribute to EMI (noise) from the engine. I plan on insulating the dvr with a small pc of foil to see if that eliminates it.
The video is awesome at 750p HD @ 30fps. for the price. I was thinking about mounting it vertically, inverted in the area behind the battery compartment, to get a forward looking shot that I could invert back to normal with vid editing software.

I'm ready to add a camera, so I checked eBay for the GoPro cameras. I didn't find any "deals" .... and the ones I found seemed heavy at 3+ oz (80 g).
Can someone help me with a specific brand (and model number) hi-def light-weight forward-facing camera please? I'm in Atlanta, GA USA.
Thx!

Thanks Kenninny.
I bought the small key-fob camera from LazerToyz. The price was right ($15) and the weight is fantastic. I appreciate the heads-up!
