I was looking at getting my first charger and I'm working off a tight budget. I'm looking at getting a Dynam Supermate DC6 and I know I need an adapter, can I use the adapter from the charger that comes with my HZ Suber cub? Or am I mistaken on the correct adapter. I'm thinking its a cigarette plug that the supermate has. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

The DC6 is one of a handful of Bantam clones. Here's a review. Cheap and Cheerful Charger. A review of sorts. www.wattflyer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50878The SC balance tap will work but you will have to add an EC3 adapter to use this charger. This is typical of this kind of charger. Unless they've added something you'll either need a car battery to use the alligator clips (no cig lighter but you could add or use one by spicing on the one from the SC charger) or a 12v-18v 5A power supply. |
