Ok this ? is for all you electrical genius'. If you connect two 1350mah 20C batteries togrther do you the in theory have a 2700mah 40C power pack? Would 3 batteries equal 4050 mah at 60C ? TIA Paul

Parallel connection > 2700mA @ 20C Series connection > 1350mA @ 20C and 6S voltage (starting with 2 x 3S) The 'S' stands for series in the first place since you care connecting 3 x single cells together to get a 3S. A 3S2P lipo is 2 x 3S lipos parallel connected together.
You cannot increase the C-rating, that's a function of internal chemistry. But, since you up the mA you effectively get a higher load carrying capacity, just like if you got a larger lipo of the same C-rating.
(I've made a correction to the above. I did some of the math wrong at first)

Yes, as fly said. Two batteries in parallel will double their discharge rating, but the C rate will stay the same. one 1350mah 20C batt on its own can supply 27amps, and two 1350s in parallel can provide 54 amps

Many batteries pushed to their claimed limits will reward you with puffing and a short life. This is one of the MAIN reasons for larger lipos - they don't get pushed as hard in the same application.
