Hey guys, tried painting my cub today, yellow krylon seemed to work alright. I want to make the wing tips red, but when I put blue painters tape to make a tape line to box in the red, when I go to take the tape off it just rips the paint off with it. Has anyone else had this problem. Any tips on what sorta of tape I can use that won't do that, or what I can do to make smooth lines?

, if you did use a undercoat , it will cause pain tto be pulled up. theres two ways to go round this problem. 1, cut your masking tape and sick it to a table lightly and pull of then put on model, this will lower the tack of the tape, repeat exercise if still too tacky, 2: could stencil made of thin card, hold over area you want different , spray over the card towards area you want to paint. then for the rough join use a thin tape for dividing colour eg, white . will cover join of paint and give a crisp divide to the colours used.
