I've just made an instructional video on how to install servos into a wing nice and level. To cut the hole out, put the servo over the wing and trace around it, then you use a hobbyknife to cut around the tracing. To take the foam out, you can just use a normal soldering iron, but that can be a bit tedious. Best way is to make a hot wire cutter by taking the tip out of your soldering iron and mounting some L-shaped wire in there.
