The same as Paulie says except just add some minor weeping before fixing!

If the gear box or gears did not break/strip. Just epoxy the motor back in. Tape and glue will keep the cub going for a long time!

If the gear box or gears did not break/strip. Just epoxy the motor back in. Tape and glue will keep the cub going for a long time! It doesn't seem that anything is broken or stripped. The motor popped out (as you can see) and the prop seems to have moved back a little. I'll just do what I can to fix it & see how it comes out.

After replacing the cowl, cover it all over with transparent packing tape. Make sure you keep any holes clear, to assist with motor cooling.
My cowl has survived many nose dives since I did this.
(Pauliepilot suggests a similar thing, but with the tape inside the cowl, which will certainly be more attractive than outside. I don't know whether he means this will strengthen it or whether it's just as a repair. Whatever, I can vouch that taping outside certainly beefs it up.)
