Hi everyone! I'm new and I have a question. I just got my super cub lp and I love it. But when I don't touch the stick, it lurches to the right and down. I adjusted the trim to perfection but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

I hear a noise sometimes when I turn it on and I have to move the rudder or elevator back and forth tho make it stop.

When you next turn it on, do a range check with a friend. Don't put the wing on, and walk away about 30 paces with the arial down. Ask your helper if the servos are moving at all. It may be that your reciever is'nt getting a clear signal.

If a stock Cub does not pass range test it's defective if it hasn't been crashed---as long at your TX batteries are good. Make sure nothing is binding the controls. When the battery is hooked up to the plane > the TX needs to be ON!. A hooked up battery with a TX OFF can make weird stuff happen. It's poor ground handling technique and should not be done--- Yes, that means you Spektrum folks also.

Ok I'm back. How can I make sure that the receiver is getting a clear signal? And can I take the wing struts off or do they need to be on? They don't seem to be necessary.

Welcome to the forum M, During your learning curve I'd recommend that you keep the struts on. They serve an important purpose. Keeps your wing from folding under heavy stress/load. You will find, read , and come up with many alternatives later to replace these fragile little buggers. You will love the SC,
