My Super Cub came Thursday evening . I didn't get her in the air til Monday morning . Flys nice ;D and no problems. The guys I fly said she was a nice looking plane. I just have to learn to stay away from the soccer nets. Small bit off the wingtip and cracked cowling, EASY FIX . I put Du-Pro 2 3/4" wheels on but the grass is still too long for ROG or wheeled landings. Used up a battery last night. I think I may have too put my DX6 in, as the prop was ticking over after my last landing and the throttle was full off . Great Plane, I will try some Aerobatics after I fly a couple of more times Andrew

Hi Andrew I had the same problem with motor running while throttle was off. It turned out to be a bad Tamiya connection.

Thanks SCC and duck9191 for the info. I was going to change to Deans anyway, as all my other batteries have them. Should I change the chargers as well or make an adapter? What type are the stock connectors? My LHS has Tamiya connectors but they are a lot bigger.

Andrew. I think they are called simply 'small tamiya' My personal opinion would be to get rid of all your Tamiya connectors and put Deans directly on your chargers.
